Chef de Partie – Luxury 4 Star Hotel – 2 Rosettes – Guildford - £25k


Our Client:


An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Chef de Partie to join this Surrey based Luxury Iconic 4 Star Hotel which has a 2 Rosette Restaurant. Reporting to the Head Chef you will be responsible for ensuring the standards of the kitchen is maintained and your section is impeccable.


Salary & Benefits:

  • Maintaining the extremely high standards that have been set and awarded the Michelin Star
  • Reporting to the Head chef, you will be a vital part of the brigade.
  • You will be responsible for your own section, where you will need to maintain and exceed the standards.


The Individual:

This role would suit an experienced and highly motivated Demi Chef de Partie that has previous experience within 4/5 Star hotels and/or Rosetted kitchens that is looking for a new and exciting role within one of the most iconic hotels within the local area.


Similarly the role would also suit an experienced Chef de Partie that has worked in 5 Star Hotels and/or Rosetted restaurants who wants to make the next step in their career working in a highly recognised kitchen.


The perfect candidate will have a proven track record of delivering the very best food.


You will have an intense passion for food and show this clearly in your work.
