Junior Sous Chef – 3.5 days per week – Farringdon, London – up to £30k plus bonus between £1,000 & £3,000 per annum
I am currently recruiting for one of the most exciting Restaurants in London, they are looking for a Junior Sous Chef with an excellent track record of working within high end restaurants and/or hotels. The Junior Sous Chef will be working under some of the most acclaimed chefs within the industry.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary up to £30,000 plus bonus between £1,000 - £3,000 per annum
- 3.5 days per week
- 2 weeks off at Christmas

The perfect Junior Sous Chef will have worked at Rosetted/Michelin Starred kitchens throughout their career.
You will have a serious passion for the industry and want to continue to progress.
Having worked within Italian cuisine will benefit you.
As a Junior Sous Chef you will need to have strong leadership skills.
- Reporting to the Head chef, you will be a vital part of the brigade.
- Training junior staff while working well within a brigade of up to 17 chefs.
- You will be responsible for your own section as well as overseeing others.
