Chef de Partie – Luxury 4 Star Hotel – 2 Rosette – Sidbury, Dorset - £24k+
Our client is a boutique 4-star hotel which has a specific focus on locally sourced ingredients and are creating dishes to an 2 rosette level. With room for progression you will be a vital part of the brigade.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary £22,000 plus £2,000 bonus plus overtime paid!!
- 48-hour contract and you will very rarely go over this.
- 4 weeks holiday

- Maintaining the 5 Star standards.
- Running your own section and training junior chefs.
- Working within a brigade of 20 chefs, so teamwork is extremely important.
- Catering for up to 150 covers on high season.
- This role would ideally suit a Demi/Chef de Partie who has worked within a luxury establishment with a similar ethos of sourcing locally sourced produce, or an individual with an intense passion for this type of food.
- You will have experience of running your own section.
- Own transport is necessary.
