A rare opportunity has arisen for a Junior Sous Chef for a 2AA Rosette property based in the Wareham area. There is a real emphasis on sourcing locally farmed food and produce and they’re looking for an exceptional Junior Sous Chef with the same vision as the hotel.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary up to £25,500 plus £2000 plus overtime paid!

- 4 days on 3 days off

- The ideal candidate will be at Senior Chef de Partie/Junior Sous level within a 2/3 rosetted hotel with relevant culinary qualifications.
- You will be an extremely passionate leader who is wanting to make the next step in their career.
- Having experience in ordering, food hygiene and health and safety regulations is desirable.
- Own transport necessary
- Reporting to the Head chef, you will be a vital part of the brigade.
- You will be responsible for your own section as well as training junior chefs.
- Maintaining and setting the standards of the kitchen
- Managing the orders, cleanliness of the kitchen and the pass on a day to day basis
