Sous Chef – Luxury 4 Star Hotel – 2 Rosette – Brockenhurst - £30k
A luxury 4 star hotel with a 2 rosette restaurant with a real emphasis on sourcing locally farmed food and produce are looking for an exceptional Sous Chef with the same vision as the hotel.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary up to £30,000 plus £2,000 service plus overtime paid!!
- 48-hour contract and you will very rarely go over this.
- 4 weeks holiday

- Maintaining and setting the standards of the kitchen.
- Running the kitchen on the Head Chefs day off.
- Managing the orders, cleanliness of the kitchen and the pass on a day to day basis.
- Training junior chefs.
- Catering for up to 200 covers per service.
- The individual has to have a passion for local food/produce, you will have worked at Junior Sous level or above in a similar standard of property.
- You will have a clear vision of how the kitchen should run effectively.
- Experience in managing a kitchen is imperative.
- You will be very quick on your feet.
- Own Transport is necessary.
