Conference and Banqueting Supervisor for a 5 Star Hotel near Maidenhead

Our Client:

An amazing opportunity has arisen for an individual to become part of the conference and banqueting team at this luxury 5-star Hotel.

This outstanding 5-star hotel near Maidenhead has contacted Goldenkeys and is looking for an experienced Conference and Banqueting supervisor to join their 45-bedroom property and be a hands-on leader during events!

Responsibilities: 

  • Maintaining 5 Star standards and ensuring your team will be working at this level too.
  • Help run functions for up to 120 covers.
  • Ensure each customer receives impeccable service.
  • Training of junior staff is vital in this role.

 

The Individual:

  • This role would suit an experienced and highly motivated Conference and Banqueting assistant manager that has previous experience within a 5 Star hotel and/or Rosetted restaurant that is looking for a new and exciting role within one of the most iconic hotels within the UK.
  • Similarly, this role would also suit a Conference and Banqueting Supervisor with previous track record of exceptional service within a 5-star hotel or similar environment.
  • The perfect candidate will have a keen eye for detail and great organisational skills.
  • Having a passion for food and wine is mandatory, this will show when you are speaking to customers and training junior staff.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary up to £21,000
