An exciting opportunity has arisen for an extremely personable Restaurant Manager to join this picturesque fine dining restaurant based in stunning surroundings who are looking to achieve more accolades. Reporting to the Managing Director as the Restaurant Manager you will need to uphold a small young team and continue to nurture them as well as ensure the atmosphere of the Restaurant remains.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary of £32,000 + £7,000 in service charge

- Set days off Mondays & Tuesdays,
- Lunch & Dinner service Wednesday – Sunday with Sunday Dinner closed in Autumn/Winter.

- You will be responsible to meet the overall revenue and cost targets (together with the Chef) to ensure a profitable business operation.
- Maintaining standards and ensuring all of your staff will be working at this level too.
- Ensure each customer receives impeccable service.
- Implement rotas and schedules for the Restaurant.
- Training of junior staff is vital.
- Ensuring the restaurant runs effectively both financially and functionally.
- In peak times, you will do up to 60 covers per service.
- This role would suit an experienced and highly motivated Assistant/Restaurant Manager that has previous experience within either Michelin Starred Restaurants or 3 Rosette & above.
- You will have a proven track record of running a tight knit team to the highest level.
- Great knowledge of food and wine is imperative
- Hands on Manager
- You will have a confident, mature and calm approach
- Due to the location, you will to have your own transport
